Graphtec GB Ltd are delighted to be supporting the Kickstart Scheme with this 6-month position, which could lead to a long term role within the business as we continue to grow.

As our Junior Digital Marketing Assistant, you will assist the Senior Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive across all areas of our Digital Marketing landscape. This includes all of the company websites and all of the main Social Media platforms to further help and support the growth of our ever-expanding range of market leading brands and products in order to educate the consumer and increase brand awareness.

This role requires a good multi-tasker who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a passion to learn more about Website Content, Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Initial Job Role & Responsibilities:
• The uploading and generation of organic and pre-created blog content across all of our websites.
• Posting and sharing blog content across all of our Social Media Channels.
• Creating a minimum of 2 email campaigns per week and scheduling social media posts.
• Assisting with new content creation, content planning and scheduling.
• Supporting the office team as whole from time to time with answering the phone and speaking with customers and resellers.

Advantageous Qualities:
• Previous experience within a marketing or digital marketing environment.
• A-Level or Degree Level in English Language, English Literature, Business Studies or Marketing.
• Understanding of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Interest in the craft or arts and crafts market.
• Video editing or production experience.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
A passion to learn more about Digital Marketing, Social Media and web platforms is essential!
Strong attention to detail in work produced is essential.
Demonstrate strong written skills at interview stage.
Ability to use own initiative and work independently at times.
A willingness to learn, collaborate, multi-task and operate in an efficient and timely manner is a must within a busy office team environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm (37.5 Hours)

Graphtec GB Ltd are delighted to be supporting the Kickstart Scheme with this 6-month position, which could lead to a long term role within the business as we continue to grow.

As our Customer Advice Assistant, you will assist the sales and distribution management team in providing high levels of customer service, act as a first point of contact for telephone enquiries, and deal with general enquiries from our end user and dealer network. You will also be required to demonstrate machines to customers as well as follow up sales leads and quotations. We will provide training in order for you to successfully take on these responsibilities.

This role will involve face to face contact as well as telephone and email contact with our customers so personal presentation, confidence and excellent communication skills as well as I.T. skills are essential.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• High literacy and communication skills, good attention to detail and a pro-active & energetic attitude towards the job are essential attributes.
• The successful candidate will have energy, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in talking to people and their work.
• Experience in customer facing roles is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Graphtec GB Ltd are delighted to be supporting the Kickstart Scheme with this 6-month position, which could lead to a long term role within the business as we continue to grow.

As the Service Support Assistant, you will assume responsibility for training and support on our range of crafting products. You will act as a first point of call for technical support calls and emails and provide assistance to our broad range of customers in technical support queries and product education.

You will develop strong communication and technical support skills and broaden your ability to communicate with our wide customer base in a clear and friendly manner.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to instil confidence in our customers in technical support matters are a must have attribute.
• Clear and friendly written and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Basic I.T. skills are desirable.
• You must feel comfortable with electronic technology but we will train you on the specifics of our product range.
