Replacement Graphtec Cutting Plotter Blades
Graphtec offers a wide range of blades for your market-leading cutting plotters.
All of the blades that we supply for our range of Graphtec cutting plotters are 100% genuine and precision manufactured by Graphtec using their highly durable Super Steel material.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, all Graphtec cutting plotters are supplied with a CB09UB Blade in the included accessory pack.
As a general rule, 0.9mm blades are predominantly designed to be used with thinner, more flexibly materials typically in a kiss cutting applications. 1.5mm blades are used for thicker more rigid type materials and are widely used in die cutting applications.
Genuine Graphtec 0.9mm Blades
0.9mm blades are for cutting standard materials such as adhesive vinyl, heat transfer vinyl, films, paper and thin card.
In order to use a 0.9mm blade you will need to make sure that you have the correct 0.9mm blade holder as show in the adjoining picture. 0.9mm blade holders feature a BLUE cap or blade length adjuster.
There are three versions of the 0.9mm blade holder:

Important: Approximate Maximum Lifespan of blades is based on kiss cutting of adhesive vinyl and is an approximation ONLY. Lifespan data does not account for die cutting of paper or cardstock to which expected lifespan may be significantly reduced.
Genuine Graphtec 1.5mm Blades
1.5mm blades are for cutting thicker specialists materials such as sand blast rubbers and corrugated cards.
In order to use a 1.5mm blade you will need to make sure that you have the correct 1.5mm blade holder as show in the adjoining picture. 1.5mm blades feature a RED cap or blade length adjuster.
There are three versions of the 1.5mm blade holder:
