Professional Technical Support
At Graphtec we offer a high level of Professional Technical Support for all of the products that we sell. Our phone lines are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and our Technical Support Team will be happy to assist you in rectifying any issues or problems with your machine. If your problem cannot be fixed over the phone we have a dedicated service department where we can receive your machine back for maintenance or we also have the option to send an engineer out to your premises to resolve any issues. Just like your car, our machines also require servicing from time to time to keep them performing at their best.
Our team of specialist on the road engineers service machines so if you feel that your machine is due a refresh please do not hesitate to get in touch and book your machine in for a full overhaul. We understand the potentially damaging effect that having a machine out of service can have on your business if you have no other backup machines. We stock a large quantity of spare parts so that if your machine does go out of service we can get it back up and running in the shortest time frame possible.
Our technical support team is still fully operational but due to the current circumstances some members of the team are now working remotely which means we are operating with reduced phone cover within the department. Due to this situation we would prefer you to please email the team if at all possible. and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK mainland standard delivery on all consumable product orders above £100.00.
We operate an order cut off time of 2pm each working day so that your order can be picked, packed, wrapped and on the truck so that it is delivered to you in the fastest time possible. Any orders that come in to us after the 2pm cut off time will be processed as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee that they will leave us on the day of ordering.
The majority of our orders are shipped out via D.P.D and will arrive with you usually within 2 business days. D.P.D offer you a fully trackable service so that you can see when your package leaves us and keep tabs on it all the way to your delivery destination.
